Le Projet PICUM
Co-financé par le Programme Daphne sous la direction de la Direction Générale Justice, Liberté et Sécurité de la Commission Européenne, ce projet a pour but de combattre la violence faite aux enfants sans papiers du fait des discriminations en développant les capacités des partenaires concernés à protéger les cette jeune population contre la discrimination en accédant au logement, à l’éducation et aux soins de santé.
Le projet se concentre les discriminations dont sont victimes les enfants sans papiers dans les domaines de l’accès au soins, au logement et à l’éducation dans neuf États membres de l’UE : Belgique, France, Hongrie, Italie, Malte, Pays-Bas, Pologne, Espagne et Royaume-Uni.
